Interactive pop up workshop based on a case study on Möbelix/Lutz in Slovakia and the Czech Republic powered by WIFI International

Internal development is one of the key trends in Learning & Development (L&D). WIFI International uses the LENA method in an innovative way and designs specific curricula for internal educators and learning coaches with local learning experience designers. WIFI International exports this method for the Austrian subsidiaries abroad in the local languages for company intern trainings. The focus of LENA method is on the learners, their learning processes and above all the strengthening of their self-learning skills. Knowledge and internal know-how transfer are so important for sustainable corporate success of companies and organizations. In this workshop we want to discuss the following questions together:

  • How can companies ensure the success of internal training by in-house specialist – mentors, trainers, coaches in the future?
  • Why is the motivation to push such state of the art methods for your “internal educators” on an national and international level so important?

Pop-Up Workshop wird auf Deutsch und Englisch gehalten.
