Liz Lux ist seit März 2024 Head of People & Culture von Edenred Österreich, dem heimischen Ableger des Weltmarktführers im Bereich Payment Solutions.

Mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in allen Bereichen der HR, sowohl national als auch international, für Startups sowie für große Konzerne – das fasst die Tätigkeiten von Liz Lux zusammen. Im Zuge ihrer gehaltvollen Laufbahn hat sie Führungskräfte in zahlreichen Nationen gecoacht und das Personalwesen etlicher Organisationen weiterentwickelt. Vor 17 Jahren übersiedelte sie von Australien nach Österreich und war unter anderem für Ernst & Young, State Street Bank, OMV Group und in den letzten zehn Jahren auch in der Tech-Branche und in medizinischen Tech-Startups tätig.

Ihr Erfolgsrezept ist ihre Leidenschaft für Menschen und Organisationskulturen. Durch ihre Empathie und Erfahrung schafft sie es stets, die Brücke zwischen der Organisation und den Mitarbeiter:innen zu bauen.
