Jakub Stephan

Jakub Stepan is a certified professional trainer (ZTF) and has worked in human resources development at the XXXLutz Group for 17 years. For 15 years he has been in charge of human resources development, as well as employer branding and recruiting for Möbelix rail in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. With his team, he is operationally involved in the development of the training program and the mentoring/coaching process of the group in these two countries, as well as in Austria. Jakub is also responsible for the innovative internal and external employer branding processes at Möbelix in CZ and SK.
