Terri Moloney is Senior Director of Employee Success at Salesforce, which Great Place to Work has named the #1 Best Place to Work in Europe for the last two years and a Best Workplace in Ireland for the last three years. Terri leads the company’s Employee Success team in Ireland. In this role, she’s responsible for crafting and executing strategies to attract, engage, develop and retain the best talent in the market. Since joining Salesforce in 2015, she has focused on creating programs that empower and inspire employees to do the best work of their lives. Terri also consults with Salesforce customers on how to use culture, technology, and data to transform the employee experience.
Previously, Terri led human resources and employee development in various multi-national companies in Ireland, the U.S. and the U.K. Terri holds a Master of Science in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester and a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College.
