Leading through uncertainty
Stepping into a new role as a manager can be challenging enough, doing so completely remote while the world is experiencing several unprecedented events, the great resignation, global supply chain issues, recession fears and global conflicts is a highly complex and challenging landscape to navigate. I would like to share how I have managed this complexity, retained team members, significantly increased performance as well as team mental health and well being.
Pete comes with over 15 years of international Talent Acquisition experience. Originally Canadian, Pete has spent the last 7 years building, shaping and leading global talent
acquisition teams within the high tech rapid growth industry, having worked with Publicis.Sapient, Tesla, Zalando and now Spotify where he’s the Global Manager, Talent Acquisition – Consumer Platform. Academically, Pete studied Communications with the University of Toronto, Neuroscience / Business Psychology with University of California, Berkeley and most recently completed a professional certification in Data Science & People Analytics with Cambridge University.
