Meri Oviedo

With 14 years of experience in Human Resources, Meri has worked across diverse areas of the field, including Learning and Development, Compensation, and HR platforms support. She joined Kapsch in 2021 as part of the Workday team while based in Argentina, her home country, and relocated to Austria six months ago. In her role, she provides global support and partners with HR teams to develop and refine processes in talent management, performance, recruiting, and HCM.
