From 2018 to 2023, he became the agency’s first-ever leader of HR field executives, driving the transition to a unified OneHR model. This transformation cut HR costs by 25% and introduced a new HR Business Partner framework—all while helping NASA maintain its standing as the Best Place to Work in the Federal Government for eleven consecutive years. Today, Brady serves as Chief Human Resources & Inclusion Officer at Space Center Houston. A servant leader in every sphere, he also serves his community as a Director on his local Clear Lake City Water Authority Board.
