Angela Naschenweng ist Juristin und leitet seit mehr als acht Jahren das Team Recht, das Teil der Abteilung Verfahren und Recht ist. Das Team vertritt die FMA in (verwaltungs-)gerichtlichen Rechtsmittelverfahren bis zu den Höchstgerichten und ist insbesondere zuständig für Rechtsfragen der Organisation, die bereichsübergreifende Koordination in rechtlichen Angelegenheiten und die Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Anzeigepflicht. In der Abteilung werden auch Verwaltungsstrafverfahren der FMA geführt. Im Rahmen des Transformationsprogramms „Fit For Future“ leitete Angela Naschenweng ein Projekt, das sich mit der Kultur und deren Weiterentwicklung in der FMA befasste, und trieb damit die nachhaltige Verankerung der Werte in der Organisation wesentlich voran.

The Future of Leadership: Workflow-Embedded Skills Development

Central Question: Why do leaders return from development programmes and nothing changes? The problem isn’t lack of frameworks. It’s the gap between learning and doing.

Thesis: Leadership development must shift from event-based training to workflow-embedded practice. At Kokoro, they’ve proven that capability doesn’t build in workshops alone, it builds inside the flow of work itself too sustainably, through deliberate micro-practices, real-time feedback, and daily rituals that compound into sustained performance.
